Mitchell graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law before beginning work at a Fresno County law firm as an associate focusing on family law disputes and professional liability litigation.

Since joining Fishman, Larsen & Callister in 2024, Mitchell has assisted in the areas of corporate, partnership and real estate transactions as well as estate planning.
