We encourage all HR professionals to obtain their HR certification(s). Information about the process can be found at www.hrci.org. Certification demonstrates a high level of competence in HR and a commitment to the profession. To remain certified, HR professionals must, among other things, participate in continuing HR education and training.
We are pleased that FLCZ can now provide re-certification credits for HR professionals in accordance with the rules established by the HR Certification Institute.
